The Indian Creek Neighborhood Association (ICNA) is a network of Tompkins County residents who are committed to ensuring that an inclusive legislative process is used to determine the future of the Indian Creek woods on West Hill in Ithaca. Our goal is to ensure that all decisions about the future of 25.5 acres of woods, wetlands and wildlife habitat are made with an emphasis on environmental impact and low-impact public use. ICNA was formed in 2013 by concerned West Hill residents who opposed a large housing development on the site.
